Yes. If we need extra thread, lining, zips, buttons, lace, or other materials, we will confirm that separately before work continues.
A deposit is required for custom redesign projects after concept approval. The remaining balance is settled when the garment is collected.
Turnaround depends on the project scope and workshop capacity. For redesign work, the usual estimate is 10 to 20 business days after approval.
