Service Scope

Stitch & Style provides tailoring, alterations, remodelling, and upcycling services based on inspection of the garment, its construction, fabric, condition, and the requested outcome. Any concept, scope, and quotation remain subject to assessment and approval before work begins.

Pricing and Payment

Scope / use / administration

Prices are custom and may depend on the garment review, design complexity, and any supplementary materials required. A deposit may be requested before work starts, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated at the time of the project.

Payments / cancellation / timing

All projects are handled according to workshop capacity and the condition of the garment. Completion estimates are indicative only, and additional work will not be carried out without approval where further changes are needed or requested.

Services are provided with reasonable care, but results may vary according to fabric wear, seam allowances, construction, and prior damage. Exact fit, exact material matching, and invisible repairs are not guaranteed, and cleaning or specialist textile treatment is not included unless separately confirmed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia, and any dispute should first be raised with Stitch & Style in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue the matter in the competent courts or other forum required by applicable law.
